He has been working in construction management and real estate development for more than 40 years, with all of my experience being heavily focused in commercial mixed-use ventures. M Vincent Fansler started as a carpenter and advanced to Vice President of Construction Operations. M Vincent then moved to the business development side of the industry, learning how to create long-term relationships, determine accurate project budgets, and negotiate successful deals. It was not long before he advanced to Vice President of Business Development, Marketing and Pre-construction Services. Subsequently, he had the opportunity to work on the real estate side as a Senior Project Manager for large, commercial mixed-use projects. Within a year, he advanced to Senior Director of Commercial Mixed-use Properties for all of the company’s US-based ventures. Throughout his career, he had been involved in minority partnerships; in 2008, M Vincent began investing personally in real estate. Since 2015, he devoted 100% of his efforts toward real estate redevelopment and investing. Under his leadership, the brand has grown into an award winning nationally respected collection of real estate companies and he is a highly sought after keynote speaker regarding every aspect of the commercial mixed-use real estate industry.
